School Holidays are Here...

Well Easter is over. Totall gorged myself on chocolate but what else does a chocoholic do over Easter. Actually I had the best surf Ive had for ages on Sunday morning. Actually thought I was a teenager again. We've gone quite often over summer and its all slowly starting to come back to me. Now I wouldn't say I was carving up the waves but for a 40 year old I was doing OK - only problem the body is definatley not teenage material anymore- few sore spots now.... Geez it was fun though

Not sure about anyone else out there but school holidays are wonderful for SAHM's but for those of us who have to work - its a chore at times.... just trying to find baby sitters is a pain as you don't want to bother the grandparents all the time. Anyway tomorrow will be interesting as we are packing up the Nintendo DS's and bean bags, textas and coloring books and they are coming to work with me. Im sure they'll have fun and come home with lots of creations themselves.

Busy getting on top of things at Kaiser this week as I'm having a week off next week (so need a rest) and we are going camping...love our week at Bright each year - always a highlight of the year.
Was able to send off a box of goodies to Jane Jones today. She is going to be joining our Design team at Kaiser working from home......I think she is pretty happy about this - just read her blog.... she is so talented so I was pretty stoked she accepted our offer. Can't wait to work with you Jane and see what you come up with for us. Will actually get to meet Jane (IRL)in April which Im a bit excited about when I go up to Sydney for work and hopefully will bring back the first of all her creations for us....
Done a few layouts lately. Still have to photograph a couple (obviously can't show the Masters ones yet) but here is one that I did last night... Same photo as Al used for the work layout but I loved the photo so much that I just had to have one for myself at home. Love these girls. How blessed can a girl be, not only are these two of my scrapping buddies, they are also work mates but best of all - they are wonderful FRIENDS too

I know what you mean about school holidays. I dread them everytime. I really hate asking people too. I guess tha's part of being a working Mum. Lucky we both have very understanding bosses.
