i recently scrapped this Hanging Calendar up for SC and then thought what i could use the calendar part for at the end of the month. Instead of ripping it out and throwing it away why not use it to scrap up a layout and highlight an event that occurred during that month. i have used the same paper range so that it matches the decorated the calendar piece. You can then use up some of the left over papers from the range on your layout. 
Have used the Kaisercraft All sorts Paper collection.
