Fundraiser crop and more Layouts

we had a great night last night at the fundraiser crop for the bushfire appeal. not sure of the final $$$ raised but a huge thanks to all who came and donated. the raffles, kindly donated by Jane Jones and Lisa Hallet were a hit and we sold all the tickets very quickly. thanks so much girls for the effort and time you gave to create those gorgeous albums for us to raffle/auction.
Below, pictured, are Raqual and Julie (and little Ruby)from Chandon Craft. Raqual was extra determined to win your album Jane so she could put it up on display in her shop. i sat with these girls, along with Jen and Ros, and i think i can safely say it was their fault that i didn't do much work - your girls are so funny together.
amongst all the chatting and laughing i did manage to get at least one page done - just for myself. how's that two pages this month for me....that doesn't sound much but when you scrap all day for work sometimes when you get home its the last thing you feel like doing....yes believe it or not at times its true.. don't get me wrong i still love it and my job but there is only so much cut and paste a girl can take in one day, especially when you have three gorgeous little girls that need a mum around to do things with them - and we can't forget the hubby too....

Products used:
Paper; Making Memories, Kaisercraft rubons,
Flowers; Prima, Petaloo and misc lace.

The layout below is just one I haven't yet shared with you though you may have seen in on the Kaiser site. I just love this photo and always have - not cause its of me - but yet it is me - I was cute once upon a time... and ohhhh so little... but it reminds me so much of where my love of the beach came from. I still stand like that looking out at the surf - it may not last long as I have to then be in it. When you are brought up in a family that has always been beach bums its no wonder I can't live anywhere that is not within a 10-20 minute drive of water. Thanks dad for taking me and so many others of me a the beach when I was little - at least I don't have my head in the sand with my mouth open like so many of the others....LOL

All products used in above layout except for the lace are Kaisercraft

Again the colors were just perfect and screaming out for me to use the Kaiser "Sweets" paper range. This was done up for a class and if you want to create this layout for yourself, the instructions can be downloaded HERE.
